Excavating, de-watering, shoring, and/or scaffolding of job area, all of which must comply with OSHA standards.  Scheduling inspectors and obtaining permits as necessary. Providing materials unless written arrangements were made previously. Installing materials unless written arrangements were made previously. Testing of anything other than pressure on the valve and sleeve unless written arrangements were made previously. ie: Line Pressure testing and Backflow Preventer testing is a separate and additional charge. Lifting services if necessary. Labor assistance of  1 man to be supervised if required. Concrete support for the Tapping Sleeve if required. Concrete support for the Tapping Valve if required. O.D. measurements prior to scheduling. Pipe wall thickness prior to scheduling. Plastic, PVC, HDPE pipes and Asbestos Cement pipe are brittle and become more so over time, cracking, splitting, breaking or damage of pipe for any reason we are not responsible for.
